The MCA Office held a consultative meeting with the management of Hola Huduma Centre to discuss some of the key issues affecting residents when accessing government services. The discussion focused on improving service delivery, addressing community concerns, and identifying practical ways to better support our people.
One of the important topics discussed was the possibility of bringing Huduma Mashinani services closer to the villages within the ward. This initiative would allow residents to access essential government services without traveling long distances to Hola.
Through Huduma Mashinani, community members could benefit from services such as ID replacement, ID application, birth certificate follow-ups, and other government services directly within their local areas. This would greatly reduce the challenges faced by residents, especially the elderly, youth, and those living in remote villages.
The meeting also reviewed feedback from residents regarding service accessibility and ways to improve coordination between the MCA office and Huduma Centre. The engagement reflects our continued commitment to ensuring that government services are accessible, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the people of Garsen North Ward.
